incorporates classic burlesque and modern striptease moves, fitness (abs, ass, push-ups etc.) and pinches of Kundalini Yoga, Modern Dance, Sacred Sexuality exercises, and introduces energy healing exercises. I convey the work in useful, fun integrative ways so that it is accessible to women of all ages, backgrounds and experience levels. After warm-up the class moves to isolations familiar to the burlesque vocabulary, fast and slow burlesque dance drills and moving across the floor. We wind up with either a combination, follow along series or improv work.
